TERMS & CONDITIONS

Earning Kitomba Dollars

All clients are automatically enrolled — no sign-up required.
Kitomba Dollars are earned at a rate of $5 per $100 spent on eligible transactions (calculated pro-rata, so you earn 5% back on every service — for example, a $27 Eyebrow wax earns $1.35).
Eligible spend includes:
- Services
- Retail products
- Gift vouchers
Kitomba Dollars are not earned on:
- Kitomba Dollar redemptions
- Deposits until the appointment is completed and fully paid
- Cancelled or refunded appointments

Redemption Conditions

Kitomba Dollars can be redeemed for services only.
Retail products and gift vouchers cannot be purchased using Kitomba Dollars.
A minimum balance of $50 Kitomba Dollars is required before redemption.
Clients may choose when to redeem — you can use the $50 minimum as soon as you reach it, or save and accumulate credits for a larger service. You do not need to redeem in $50 increments; credits can be used in any amount once you have reached the initial $50 minimum balance.

Expiry

Kitomba Dollars remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Expired Kitomba Dollars cannot be reinstated.

How Kitomba Dollars Are Applied

Kitomba Dollars are earned after an appointment is completed and paid in full.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded will not generate Kitomba Dollars.
When redeeming, Kitomba Dollars can be used on full-priced services, promotional services, or combined with gift vouchers.

Non-Transferable

Kitomba Dollars hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They cannot be transferred between clients.

Program Changes

Serenity Beauté may modify, suspend, or cancel the Kitomba Dollars program at any time.
We will make every effort to communicate significant changes in advance where possible.
